Tomogram Series Canvas Art Prints

Tomographic conversion was born out of plane extrusion and therefore begins using the same processes. Tomographic conversion, however, does not employ the final step of arranging the extruded planes into perpendicular patterns. Instead, tomographic conversion uses a third axis that recedes into and extends out from the surface of the painting to create depth in the image’s spatial structure. The extruded planes are arranged along all three axes in order to recreate the original subject.
